It's good to talk...

Sometimes it can feel like our strength is fading away when we’ve been walking through a tough time. We often become tired and weary hoping for change.

I know this only too well. For the last seven weeks I have been fighting my own physical battle recovering from Covid-19. It has been a tough, scary and slow journey. Thankfully I have not done this alone, I have had the amazing support of my family, friends and my own personal faith to lean on.


If your finding yourself in difficult times, ask yourself, who can you seek to strengthen you through the struggle you might be facing? Perhaps it’s a trusted friend or a professional.


Or maybe you could be the strength for someone else. We are all in this together.
