Having been associated with the military for over 30 years, I am all too familiar with the challenges, high's and low's that this unique lifestyle can bring . The constant moving, saying hellos and goodbyes, school moves, plan A, B and C then back to A, not least job losses can be all too overwhelming and bring all sorts of feelings to bear. This can sometimes have a detrimental impact on relationships and individuals.
