Welcome to my website. My name is Nicola and I am a qualified experienced counsellor offering counselling to individuals and couples; I am passionate about improving mental health and well-being. By creating a safe and empathic space, where clients can voice their concerns, fears and emotions, clients can process what is going on for them in a non-judgement setting. My counselling theory is TA however I also integrate CBT and creative approaches specialising in Trauma therapy.
